The Twirlettes program has the longest history in Saline for a youth activity. Established in 1968, the Twirlettes program has grown from a grass roots organization to a national champion competitive team. The Twirlettes host twirlers from all over southeast Michigan in their Saline & Grass Lake programs. The Twirlettes pride themselves in providing a program for twirlers on the level they so chose . A full recreational program is available for students with many interests, which they still participate in parades & recitals.
The competition level classes open new doors for twirlers at that level and then the highest level of commitment is being a part of the KTN ( Kids to National Team) . The team twirls all year long and commits to national standards. The Twirlettes thrive on creating a positive environment with quality instruction on all levels while also building positive relationships & good citizens.
